Each clause below is a constraint on power, not a statement of hope. Together they define what no actor, human, institutional, or artificial, may acquire, whatever its capability.

None of these is interchangeable with the others, and none is invoked here as an unquestionable good. A claim about any of them should be able to specify the affected intelligence, the relevant observer, the timescale, what agency is preserved or lost, the supporting evidence, and the criteria by which the claim could be challenged.
